the zone diet meal plan??

well im going on a diet (going to the beach in a few weeks. the zone focuses on a ‘1-2-3′ approach where you eat fat, protein and carbohydrates in a 1:2:3 ratio (so say 10 grams of fat, 20 grams of protein and 30 grams of carbohydrates per meal – these individual grams will be adjusted depending on your calorie intake).

so i need a ,meal plan but i dont kno alot about foods and whats in what the diet calls for Protein i eat eggs alot but i want a little more than eggs, it also calls for fats know peanut butter has protein and fat but what else has healthy fat, last i need low-glycemic carbohydrate i know cucumbers and spinach, anything else. tips will be appriciated

    There are several cookbooks based on the Zone diet by the same author to help you plan meals and snacks based on the Zone diet. They will help give you many options so you don’t get bored eating the same things over and over. I’d go to a local bookstore and check out which ones you think are worth purchasing, that you know you’d use. You might try Amazon.com as well, however with cookbooks I’d rather look inside and compare since some are better than others.
