Day 11 of the diet, weight at 214 Many of us have a problem distinguishing between: 1-True hunger, after several hours of no food = stomach rumbling 2-Desire to eat just because there is food around = even though you just ate a good meal 3-Craving, a body and emotional urge to eat = a strong urge to eat, tension and yearning sensation in your mouth and throat or body Rate your hunger through the day 0 to 10 Before meal, my stomach feels: Midway, Right after, 20 minutes after 20 minute to 3 hours after meal its probably desire to eat not hunger. Learn to strengthen your power muscle rather youre giving in muscle.
