The day I dread, practice hunger tolerance Hunger Desire Cravings Today I am learning to tolerate hunger I was not happy about this exercise, I dont like being hungry, I dont want to be hungry! I am fearful of being hungry. Once you learn you can tolerate hunger, it becomes less of an all consuming emergency. Once you tolerate it, and go back to other things, the hunger will subside. I fear hunger so always make sure I eat, today is to learn that hunger is not an emergency Its OK to feel hungry Develop skills to help you withstand hunger I ate breakfast a 9:00 AM then did not eat until 6:00 PM Overcome sabotaging thoughts, this experiment is making my power muscle stronger, I can withstand hunger and manage it.

    you actually gain weight if you dont eat. learned that in health class. it is good to eat breakfast lunch and a healthy snack at about 4:00pm or 4:30 then eat dnner around 6:30. if your trying to lose weight run 2 to 3 times a week for 30minuts and do some crunches and situps.

    you must eat breakfast….cereal… lunch have something like whole wheat sandwich.. cause if you dont eat during the day you put your body into horde mode.. meaning your bodies metabolism slows down cause your tricking it into thinking your starving…. get it? .. drink lots and lots of water..
