Day 66 – Weigh-In Day

2010 March 11


Very happy to report another 5.2 lbs this week. It was only a brief visit to the 290s, because I am now at 287. 45 lbs total in 66 days, almost at the halfway point of my goal weight. Today’s workout was awesome. I really pushed myself hard and I can see improvements everywhere….cardio, strength, balance and mind. Stay Motivated and Be Great.

    Way to go! My knees were hurting last week so I’m taking a break from jumping rope, but they are starting to feel better, so hopefully next week I’ll be right back to it!

    Love the motivational music! Can I give a tip from this old MA instructor. If you want better balance with your kicks keep your hands up and close to you. When You kick focus on balancing your core center! Great job on the weight loss! You are looking great!

    Dude, I am so proud of you, so impressed by you! That was a serious workout, no joke. I have sent a link of your page to my brother and I hope he checks you out. He, like you is a football coach, former player through high school and college, likes online poker, blahblahblah. This workout reminded me of him so much! I almost feel like I am watching my brother. : )
