    Man your youtube video was so inspiring to me man. I’m so sick and tired of being overweight and I’m tired of living my life getting called names because of my weight. I’ve lost my wife because she doesn’t find me attractive anymore. I’m even thought about suicide a couple of times. I wanna smile again and have the will to go out again. Can you help me man?

    I have always been athletic…but not always in shape. It is easy to get away from doing things that you need to do. I had a goal and I did all I could do to reach it. Its not a quick fix by any means. but feels great to achieve it.

    Actually it is cold here where I am now…Not as cold as Chi-town. But it was 3 degrees last week. But there are plenty of things you can do inside. Jumprope, WALK up and down staris, jumping jacks etc.. REALLY anything that gets your heart rate up….

    okay i see its very nice where you are but could u give me some suggestions on some inside work outs becuz i cant workout outside right now becuz the snow cuz i live in chicago and the weather is bad right now

    Basically what he means is eat less, move more, just eat the right foods!!! I am on my same stratergy and it has helped me loose a couple of pounds after a fw weeks.. just make sure not to give up!! and if you really have a craving for anything, just take a slight bite out of it and keep on giving it some time until your tongue gets adopted to the taste and u feel all over it, eventhrough its a smaller peice, DOnt ever give up.. if you ate slightly more make up to it… good luck everyone!

    go see the two new bond movies, look at Craig, he is my role model atm. you got a girl? if so, that should be your motivation, if you dont want to be fit for the woman you love, somethings up. if you dont have a girl, even better reason, its not that you should want a woman who is shallow and will only go for a fit bloke, but getting fit doesnt have bad side effects. if you really wanna get the pounds off, cut out the shit food and drink and start eating lean meat, fruit n veg and Mr H2O!!

    whats your main motivation? i´m 20.. and i keep falling on loosing weight cause i don’t feel motivated :S this should be my golden years and im loosing them cause i feel insecure about me

    get out and be active. walk, run, jog, or bike, swim or whatever. just do it. and don’t eat alot of junk. good luck. you can do it

    just continue to be active. and watch what you eat set a goal. write it down. don’t skip meals. leave the table before you get full. you can do anything you think you can

    and thats exactly what im wondering..
    i want to be fit for school
    [im going to high school]
    so idk if changes could be as drastic as i want to be but at least i won’t feel lazy or something if people want to do stuff – i guess thats my main goal too.
