    The Zone diet is much more than an “experiment” and Barry is much more than a “gentleman” although he certainly is that. He’s a PHD and a universally recognized expert on fat metabolism and a holder of multiple patents in drug delivery systems. Taking on the Zone “temporarily” is useless. It’s a lifestyle change and should be treated as such. It is the one answer that DOES fit nearly everyone’s health requirements … period.
